Agra (India): First the B.Ed entrance test paper leak was traced to an employee of a publisher here and then the M.Ed question paper was also leaked. Dismayed academics and students say the incidents have tarnished the image of Agra as an emerging hub of technical and professional education.

RBI has issued a circular by virtue of which Banks are supposed to prohibit alterations/corrections on the cheque leaf.  From July 1, no changes/corrections should be carried out on the cheques (other than for date validation purposes, if required).
