Agra: Once a critic of Mayawati's dream project the Yamuna Expressway, the Samajwadi Party government in Uttar Pradesh is now in 'super-fast mode' to promote its own ambitious project : the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, tender bids for which are to open in Lucknow on July 15.
