Presided over by Kanpur university vice chancellor HK Sehgal the conference was attended by vice chancellors or their representatives from all the universities of Uttar Pradesh, according to Pro VC of Agra Dr Sugam Anand.
Anand told Agratoday.in that it was a part of the ongoing exercise at the initiative of the governor to work out a feasible framework to bring about uniformity in respect of research methodology, virtual class-rooms, examination system, and courses of study.
HK Sehgal who heads the committee told mediapersons that the members discussed modalities relating to common entrance tests, uniform syllabus and virtual classes for the convenience of students.
