Prof. Tariq Mansoor is the first surgeon from Aligarh to be Elected as President of the UP Chapter of ASI which is the largest body of surgeons of UP and has 1600 members in all districts of Uttar Pradesh. This includes surgeons of all Medical Colleges in Uttar Pradesh, Doctors of the Professional Health Service and Private Sector.
