A bottle containing poison and some tablets were also found near the bodies lying under two different trees.

 Villagers said the love affair between the duo had been going on for quite some time and their family members did not approve of it, police said.

Permanand, the brother of Vasudev, accused the family members of Suman of conspiring to kill both of them.

Police said the cause of their death would be known after the autopsy.
