According to the police, Sagir Qureshi, 43, and Shabnam, 35, were found dead by their children Sonam, 14, and Salman, 12, Sunday morning.
Police said Sagir's body was hanging with a rope tied to the ceiling, while Shabnam's body lay in blood.
Police said Shabnam was Sagir's second wife. The first wife, Yasmee, lives with her parents and has seven children whose upbringing was being financed by Sagir.
Shabnam was not happy with the arrangement, which led to frequent fights, neighbors said.
