Washington: JC Penney implemented a “best price” strategy in 2012, assuming consumers prefer fair, everyday prices as opposed to sale prices that are discounted from original, inflated prices. It was wrong. Longtime customers—loyal fans of sales and coupons—rejected the new pricing policy, and JC Penney reinstated its old pricing model that included frequent discounts.

New Delhi: The Quick Estimates of Index of Industrial Production (IIP) with base 2004-05 for the month of August 2015 have been released by the Central Statistics Office of the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. 

New Delhi: Kendriya Bhandar informed that all arrangements have been made to make imported Tur dal available on its outlets in Delhi from October 15.
