Agra: An Agra neuro-surgeon successfully operated a woman's brain to remove a big tumour, the size of a cricket ball.
"Had it not been surgically removed the woman would not have lived for more than two weeks," Dr. Namit Singhal told Agratoday.in. The patient, 52 year old, Rani Devi is normal and fully conscious.
Singhal said the case was unique because of the size of the tumour which was increasing each day at great risk to the patient. "The operation took around 12 hours."
