Dr. Shadab Khursheed, Chairman of Geology Department told that 18 students have successfully sailed through All India Geologists Written Examination, six students have succeeded in written examination of ONGC and eleven students have selected for admission in IIT. Apart from that two students have been selected for admission in Physical Research Laboratory.

 Dr. Shadab said that success of a large number of students have brought laurels not only to the department but also to the University. He expressed hope that in future more students will succeed in All India Examinations and will enhance prestige of the University.
