When shopkeepers saw a group of youngsters attacking him they intervened and later took him to the emergency ward of the SN Medical College, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police said Harish, a resident of Ratanpura was on his way to the shoe factory where he worked. On the way near the main temple of the colony he was attacked by a group of youngsters.
Saligram, the uncle of deceased told the police that some Nepali boys living in the neighborhood used to tease the three daughters of Harish who opposed and picked up a fight with them.
The police have taken some boys into custody.
