Speaking about the character, Shalini said, “I am very excited to this character of Ritkia, who is complete glam diva. When I heard the role, I instantly related it to ‘Kareena Kapoor’ character ‘Pooh’ from ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum’. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it as I could it relate to it completely. It would be wrong if I say that I have no attitude, I do have but then I am not self-obsessed. I do not look into mirror every time like Ri but I am fashionable and swear by my fashion”.
