{/googleAds} AFMEC president Puran Dawar told Samiksha Bharti News Service, "the Meet at Agra held in three Halls. Hall A- For Components; Hall B- for Components and Leather and Hall C- for Machinery and Leather. In addition we had two Halls for Seminars and Lunch area. It organized in a covered area of about 5000 Sq. M with 225 Stalls. About 160 Companies participated from all across the Country and from Overseas. Around 35 Foreign participants from Brazil, France, Holand, Italy, Portugal, Pakistan, China and Taiwan participated directly or through their Agents in India."

The inaugurated by JD Seelam,  Minister of State (Revenue), Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India. Padam Shri M. Rafeeque Ahmed, President FIEO presided over the function.
