The Multi-Centric Task Force Project is to be done in seven ‘B’ cities of India namely Aligarh, Bhubaneswar, Imphal, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Nasik and Visakhapatnam. The same project will also run in seven ‘A’ cities of India including the metro cities of the country. The aim of the present study is to develop and test a supportive strategy of healthcare, which would achieve the desired level of accessibility and delivery of health care services to migrant population living in fast-growing smaller cities of India. The project will be completed in two and a half years’ time. The project grant amounts to `35 lakh.
Dr. Zulfia Khan, Professor D/o Community Medicine is the Principal Investigator and Dr. Saira Mehnaz is the Co-Principal Investigator of the project. The project will start soon after the recruitment and training of the Research Associate and Assistants and Data Entry Operator.
