New Delhi: Dhansa Bus Stand in the National Capital will be connected by Delhi Metro in the next three years. Center has approved the 1.18 km Under Ground metro extension from Najafgarh to Dhansa Bus Stand at a cost of ₹565 cr. This extension is scheduled for completion by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation by 2020.

New Delhi: A High Powered Committee on ‘Decongestion of Traffic in Delhi’ has called for a paradigm shift in transport planning and policy interventions to check explosive growth in automobile population in the national capital and move people more efficiently than cars through effective public transport system. 

Gurgaon: Gurgaon citizens want odd-even rule for reduction in traffic according to a poll conducted by LocalCircles, a citizen engagement online platform. As per poll results, 50% citizens say odd-even rule has been implemented effectively in Delhi while 51% citizens say that odd-even rule should be considered for Gurgaon too.
