BJP’s Vrindavan Conclave: Hindutva Will Be Flavor

The state level training programme being held in the holy city at Sadhvi Ritambhara's ashram Vatsalya Gram, for three days, is being deftly guided by key RSS personnel. The tone was set in the opening remarks of the state president Surya Pratap Shahi and senior party leader Vinay Katiyar, both stressing on generating a 1992 like Hindutva wave that alone could see the party through.

Party workers were discussing how best to use the opportunity afforded by the imminent HC verdict.

Though party president Sahi did raise various other issues like land acquisition, price rise, food grain crisis, the focus remained fixed on the Ayodhya verdict, which should help galvanize party workers. Sahi declared BSP as a failure and a party of the rich, while the Congress and the Samajwadi Party had ruined the state.

Vinay Katiyar in his speech declared come what may the temple would be built  in  Ayodhya.

Party workers on Sunday would be discussing in groups various strategies and problems relating to organization building. BJP leaders are concerned at the poor state of health of the party machinery, specially, in the districts. "The fallout of whatever verdict comes on September 24, will surely provide an opportunity to mobilize our manpower resources and test the new leadership," one leader confided.

Meanwhile, the RSS headquarter in Agra, Madhav Bhavan, is buzzing with excitement as top BJP leaders from 18 districts of Braj Prant engage in confidential interaction on Sunday, seen as a preparatory exercise in anticipation of the High Court verdict on September 24.
