have begun arriving. "The pressure has already increased in Goverdhan for the parikrama, and

indications are we should see record number of visitors this time for the famous Lath Maar Holi

of Barsana," Pandit Kunj Bihari told Samiksha Bharti News Service.

Pandit Ram Babu Sharma, of Barsana, told Samiksha Bharti News Service, "the birth place of

Radhaji is now becoming popular and lakhs of pilgrims keep visiting the temple complex round

the year. It is therefore necessary that civic amenities be modernised and the whole area be

spruced up. The influx from Delhi and Haryana is particularly beneficial to the town as the

locals are able to earn their livelihood from this class of religious tourists."
