Talking to Samiksha Bharti News Service, Ketan Dixit said he was still free "but waiting for police action which could come anytime."

Dixit held a public show of the documentary in village Roop Dham in Amal Kheda of Etmadpur tehsil recently.

The villagers not only watched the documentary with great interest but asked serious questions during the discussion that followed the screening of the banned documentary. More than 70 persons including women saw the banned documentary and wondered why it had been banned whereas it should be shown to everyone to create awareness.

Ketan said his act was part of a plan to show good, sensitive, and art films in rural areas. He would continue to show such films in schools and gram sabhas, he added.
